White Noise does not collect personal data. It has no accounts, advertising, tracking or analytics.

What stays on your iPhone

Your chosen sounds, volumes, favorites, saved mix names, timer preferences and appearance settings are stored on your device. These files may be included in backups managed by iOS, according to your device settings. The app does not send them to us.

Audio and permissions

Environmental recordings are bundled with the app. White, pink and brown noise are generated on your device. The app does not record audio, use your microphone or access your location, contacts or photos. iOS manages audio routing, interruption handling and Lock Screen controls.

Purchases

Apple processes your App Store purchase. We do not receive your card details. The app contains no subscriptions or in-app purchases.

If you contact us

If you email support, we receive your email address and the information you choose to include. We use it to respond to your request. You can ask us to delete support correspondence by emailing contato@terosmk.com.br, subject to any applicable retention obligations.

This support website

This website does not use analytics, advertising scripts or cookies set by us. Our hosting provider, Vercel, processes standard request information such as IP address and browser details to deliver and secure the site. See Vercel’s privacy policy.

Your choices

You can reset the library in the app’s Settings or delete the app to remove its local data. Backup copies are controlled through your Apple device and iCloud settings. No registration is required, including for children.
